Located in a small town, features really good food and the owner and staff are very welcoming and inviting atmosphere relaxed down home atmosphere. They feature high quality hamburgers, excellent homemade fires and an outside eating areas with a gas fire pit. I had the Philly cheese steak, with a great seasoned steak covered in caramelized onions and a yellow cheese sausage. It is also available made with chicken ins tread of steak but I am a traditionalist and my wife had the hot honey grilled chicken sandwich which has a unique sriracha sauces honey sauce that is unbelievable. A great little place in small town America that is truly worth a visit if you are in the area.
My wife and I ate at the lucky rooster and we both had the fried chicken with a salad and we were very satisfied with the quality of food that we received. I also had a cup of chili and it was excellent. Our servers name was Kelly and she provided great recommendations on what to select from the menu. Also the inside of the restaurant was decorated very well. If you're in the area, I recommend visiting this restaurant.
This place has great reviews and is close by so we decided to give it a try, and we're glad we did!! It's not a big space, so it was crowded on a Friday night. The staff were working hard and even though they were busy, they were polite and helpful. Our appetizer and dinner came out of the kitchen piping hot - no sitting under heat lamps at this place!! We enjoyed everything we ordered! Definitely going back - it's an extensive menu, so lots of things to try!'

We don't get out very often because we have kids. But one night, we decided to head over to the lucky rooster for a late evening drink and appetizer with our friends. The server was so friendly and the owner came to greet us. It's a cute environment with a real home town feel. It's definitely worth a visit!
The food is always great and everyone is pleasant which is a plus these days!! Rarely any wait time usually get seated right away!!
Our Dinner for 8 group meet there and closed the place out. We all enjoyed the food, service was great and the owner came over and talked with us and gave us a little background on the business. We all agreed we'd be back.
Great little family restaurant in St Jacob! Always friendly, great food and still an affordable family meal. The only drawback is the small restaurant can be very loud inside when it's full of families.
This is home away from home cooking! You pass this place you will regret it. The service is spot on and they treat you like a good family member. You know the place is going to be good because the ambiance is laidback.
Everything has been delicious. My daughter loves the vegetarian options. Service is excellent. Cute setting.
